WT B6 mice were injected with 2 × 106 MOC1 cells and established tumors were treated with PD-L1 mAb (200 μg/injection × 3, gray arrows, control treated with rat IgG antibody) or intratumoral R,R-CDG (15 μg/injection q 3 days × 3, black arrows, controlled treated with HBSS) alone or in combination.
