23 Remember: your finished personal development leadership plan represents where you are now and where you hope to go. Revisit your plan often, updating it and tweaking it as needed, so that it reflects where you are on the road to becoming a great leader. Then, put them in order of importance and/or time it will take to achieve said goals. You now have a road map for achieving your goals and becoming the leader you want to be! Lori has been a part time faculty member at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advance Learning where she taught human resources and health and safety Lori is currently a member of the Leadership Development committee and has served as governor , lt. governor, area director, and on the District 4 board as Amelia Earhart Fellowship Committee co-chairman.
