Carbon Capture and Storage is one technology that can decarbonise industrial emitters of Carbon Dioxide. The largest and most advanced collective study was presented by the Teesside Collective in It has been welcomed worldwide for assessing the impact on different sectors and scales in one study. The lecture will present some of the challenges and results from the Teesside study and other industrial CCS work worldwide, and will consider what next for CCS in the UK.
