Serve as Missionary Advocacy Teams.
MBC has more than 41 career missionaries that serve with McLean Bible Church
Involves:
Communicating, praying for, and encouraging regularly
Serving as an on-going connection between missionary and MBC.
Send care packages
Invite them to come and speak
Sending a team to go and visit them.

He is responsible for conversion:
The Holy Spirit is responsible for softening an unbelievers heart, and leading them to a conversion.
The Holy Spirit is responsible for convicting and exposing sin.

The Holy Spirit is the power behind faith in Christ as Savior.

28. The Holy Spirit will convict the world concerning judgment.
Where sin and righteousness meet, judgment follows: our witness to unbelievers must include sin, righteousness, and judgment, along with faith in the Lord Jesus Christ

29. Jesus says the Holy Spirit will convict the world concerning sin, righteousness and judgment. (v.8-11) What do people in the world need to be convicted about concerning sin, righteousness and judgement? 

How can you be empowered to preach the gospel to friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc, by knowing that the Holy Spirit does the work of conviction and drawing people to himself? The disciples going into the world to be witnesses, to represent Christ
