4 Why brainstorm? Brainstorming uses the collective mind to meet goals and objectives, find solutions, overcome challenges and solve problems. Brainstorming is about looking for one thing, then coming up with something even better. It can not only be incredibly valuable but exciting, wild and fun—you never know how far it might take you. (CLICK FOR EACH POLL BULLET) Let’s take a quick poll: Who loves brainstorming? Who dreads it? Who wonders how to put the good ideas that come from it into action?

5 Success starts with preparation: the key elements

F2F vs. virtual Session length Stimulate creativity The brainstorm format/environment F2F versus virtual Works virtually—nice to have video screen share Ideal to be in the same room together, like we are! Session length one session versus multiple Prep Creating an atmosphere that stimulates creativity All the touches you see today Styles—not everyone can think of a great idea off the top of their head. Some prep and thought is required to generate meaningful creative
