Sponsor Table Placement will be managed on a first come, first served model, by Sponsorship Level and Membership Level
Ex: At President’s Circle Level, tables will be prioritized by first-received ExCom sponsors, then first-received Full Member sponsors, then first-received Associate Member sponsors. The same pattern will continue for Platinum, Gold, and Silver Levels.
President’s Circle and Platinum Sponsors will be provided seats at the head table with the gala guest/guests of honor
