For any questions or concerns please contact the Student Financial Services Office Greta Silva – Federal Work Study Coordinator

2 Student MUST formally Accept or Decline their Work Study award

3 Upon accepting your award
Upon accepting your award. Must submit ALL your Hire Forms and submit original copies to the Student Financial Services Office.

4 Once your Hire Forms have been submitted, you can then begin to apply for jobs 
Use JOBSCORE - for a listing of employment openings -

5 Work Study Hire Forms will be sent to your assigned supervisor for approval- all parties MUST Sign prior to beginning any employment. Hire Forms will be viewable on “Work Study Online” & will be sent to designating parties via .

6 Once both parties have accepted
Once both parties have accepted. The student will be able to access their Time sheets by using the TAS portal. A SUNY ID is required for initial Log in. This can be obtained by referencing the Student’s Work Study Hire Form or by contacting the Student Financial Services Office. Time Sheets Link -
