1804 Cow Pock Political Cartoon: Answer the questions below on 
pg. 29 of your module packet
a. How is Gillray's picture "The Cow Pock--or--the Wonderful Effects of the New Inoculation" satirical? 
b. How does Gillray create an ironic contrast between the cartoon's image and the title?  c. How does Gillray use exaggeration to make his point? What do you notice about the physical features of the people?
