BIOGRAPHY Mike Doherty, Vice President of Global Customer Experience at DRG, has over 8 years of experience at DRG. In this role, Mike leads DRG-wide efforts to enhance customer partnerships, resulting in greater customer outcomes and experiences. Prior to this role, Mike was head of Customer Training where he developed training and onboarding programs for DRG’s product business.
