I wish to become a member of Broughton Wings Sports Club Corporate Golf Section. I will abide by the rules of the Sports Club, Prestatyn, Hawarden, Carden Park, Padeswood and Buckley, Eastham Lodge, Mold, Henlle Park and Mold Golf Clubs respectively.
I enclose a photograph and membership fee of £20.00 to run from September 1st 2014 to March 31st 2015.
