Workers and their representatives are significant stakeholders WRs and unions combine a particular interest derived strictly from labour issues; however, they have a general interest arising from matters pertaining to or affecting citizenship too Workers are direct stakeholders, since they are affected at the workplace directly and, indirectly, as citizens, since they have the ability to represent and defend the general interests of society as a whole from within a companyBut WRs are not always identified as stakeholders Therefore, it is important to state WRs’ and union’s priorities, needs and expectations But WRs are not always identified as stakeholders Unit 3.1 Involvement of WRs in CSR

In September 2014, Gamesa once again reinforces its commitment to diversity and equality of opportunities between women and men, signing its Second Equality Plan. III Equality Plan Agreement We have started working in the revision of the Equality Plan (expected FY2018) Code of Conduct The current Code of Conduct was approved by the Board of Directors on April 5, 2016 (Gamesa). SGRE Sustainability Report has been one of the Study Case selected to put into practice the CENOFIA Tool Analysis. Once the analysis was carried out in the CENOFIA Tool, a Final Report was made: Unit 3.1 Involvement of WRs in CSR

Next steps Analize the new Sustainability Report of SGRE, published last November 2019 (FY19, information from November 2018 to September 2019). This is the second report as SGRE (after the merger), the first one with the information of a complete year.
