2. How to Find the Service on eRS
1. Edit consultation- Choose NHS- e-referral- Routine
2. Speciality - Dermatology
Clinic Type - Not Otherwise Specified
Click ‘Search All’

3. 3. Choose the relevant Teledermatology Clinic option and click Send for Triage.
The clinics are called:
Teledermatology – UCLH – RRV
Teledermatology – Royal Free London – RAL
Teledermatology Service – Whittington Hospital - RKE
4. Once you have selected the relevant service, on the next screen Click Submit

4. 5. Now you can choose ‘I have selected a service’ from the drop down box
6. When this box pops up:
Search for Referral to Teledermatology Service in the clinic term box.
Select Create Now, at the bottom is selected.
This allows the referral letter and image document.

5. 7. In the Free Text Narrative box type ‘Please see attached referral form’
Click on Clinical Content
8. Click on Attachments and select the referral form and image document
9. Click Authorise and Send
