5 Printing a Student Report (cont’d)
Select the correct tests and details -It’s easiest to select by grade level if the student isn’t yours. You can choose an entire class/grade level or a specific student Select the subject test you need (You can select Math even if you originally clicked on Reading reports) Select your students by class or grade level Optional, but useful if you need to search by demographics (ethnicity, gender, grade level, etc.) Check the date range, especially for MOY and EOY testing, so BOY data isn’t pulled in Leave this as is See next slide before selecting this

6 Printing a Student Report (cont’d)
5. Select the PDF version before clicking on the Update Report button to get a printable document

7 E-mail Reports to Students
Save the PDF file to your desktop with Student first initial and last name_Subject i.e. – Bob Smith took the Math test – BSmith_Math Open up a new student and attach both test results. This will also send a result to the Learning Coach’s address on file

8 Report Highlights Great visual for student to visibly see how they scored within the benchmark levels Student’s test score (see next slide for more info) Percentile rank showing how student scored nationally Student’s grade equivalency Ex. 8.9 = student tests as if in the 8th grade in the 9th month of school This will calculate after BOY and MOY are completed Specific scores within test subject areas – these would be helpful to highlight and have them reach out to their content teacher for specific supplemental support in lower-scoring areas Amount of time student spent in the test

9 How To Help Students Calculate Growth
This chart will help you guide students to selecting a goal. Ex. - Use the Student’s PR to find the SS range for Fall SS. A student shows growth if they meet the score for Winter SS within the same PR. The chart will be sent to all teachers. In addition, it is accessible under the Star360 tab in the Assessments Website
