In MA requires Dem/Progressive majorities in House, Senate, and Governor & 64% of Dem Reps/62% of Sens. OR capacity to pass ballot initiative in face of $25 million+ opposition campaign.

3. National Gains, 2016-2019 2017-2018 Surge in National Co-Sponsors
HR676: from 62 co-sponsors at end of 2015/16 session to 124 co-sponsors at end of 2017/18 session.
