This tutorial will tell you how to use ToyoNet- ACE to submit your application documents and complete your study abroad application for Toyo University. Note: Normally, ToyoNet-ACE is a classroom management platform. That is why you will see references to “assignments”, “courses”, etc. At this stage of the application process, submitting your required documents is like submitting assignments.

3. User ID (ユーザID) and Password (パスワード)
Toyo sent you your user ID (ユーザID) and password (パスワード) in the same that contained this PowerPoint tutorial. You will use your user ID and password to login to ToyoNet-ACE.

5. Enter your user ID and password here. Then click ログイン (login)

6. Your “My Page” will include your “courses”.

7. Click Toyo Exchange Program Application Fall 2019.

9. Click “Assignments”

10. Assignments has links to documents you must submit.

13. Tabs to different documents
Application form fall 2019 includes a link to the online application, a checklist, and separate documents accessible by clicking different tabs.

14. Tab 0 contains a link to the online application, which should have completed.

15. Tab 1 has a Check List of documents and includes step by step instructions on what you need to do.

16. The Check List also includes a list of the documents you need to complete and submit.
After completing the documents, scan them as one PDF document and upload it to ToyoNet-ACE.

19. Click Submit.

21. Assignment submitted means you have submitted that document.
You can go on to the next one.

22. ID photo data
This is the page for submitting the ID photo data. Please make sure to adjust your ID photo size. Please use the JPEG file.
Complete this step the same way you completed your application form.
Upload it.
Submit it.

24. This is the page for submitting the Certificate of Health
This is the page for submitting the Certificate of Health. The form is found in the application documents excel file. The June 10 due date is later than that of other application documents, but you may submit it along with the other documents. If you submit it along with other application documents, you do not need to submit it again from here.
