Antitumor immunity caused by DS-8201a.
Antitumor immunity caused by DS-8201a. Mice cured of CT26.WT-hHER2 tumors with DS-8201a (10 mg/kg, once a week, twice, i.v.) were rechallenged with CT26.WT-mock or CT26.WT-hHER2 cells (s.c. inoculation), and tumor growth was determined. Naïve (never tumor-inoculated) mice were used as controls. A, Mean tumor volumes and standard errors (n = 9). B–E, Spider plots of individual data. A Wilcoxon rank-sum test was conducted for the comparison between naïve mice and cured mice at 17 days after inoculation. Tomomi Nakayama Iwata et al.
