1. Options > Settings > Rules
Highlight the Publisher Rule

2. Select and Add Rule
Highlight the Rule and the Display Window that you want to link
Click Include Rule to add the Rule to that Display Window

3. Publisher is defined to show information from field 260, subfield b
RDA publisher information may be in field 264, subfield b
Expand the Rule
Click the plus sign to expand the MARC21 definition

4. Adding a Field Click the + beside MARC21 to see its definition
Click Add Field

5. Extracting Field and Subfield
Select "Extract a pattern" in the Extract data dialog
Enter 264 in Field name template and $b in Extraction template. This translates into "Show the data from field 264, subfield b."

6. Cancel to Exit
After adding the new extraction rule, exit from Add Rule Field by clicking Cancel

7. Updated Rule Publisher rule now had both 260 and 264 fields
Click OK to save the changes
