Individual reflection prompts Think about your identities and how your identities might interact with issues on your respective campus. What are the opportunities and challenges based on who you are and who your audience is? What are your areas of strength and expertise and knowledge gaps? Individual Reflection (5 minutes) Think about yourself, and how your identities might interact (confirm or conflict) with issues on your respective campus. What is your positionality in relation to these issues (insider/outsider, victim, instigator, political/cultural/identity alignment, etc….)? What are the opportunities and challenges based on what you bring to the table and who your audience is and what they are navigating on your campus? What are your areas of strength and expertise and where are your knowledge gaps about the identities and issues you are navigating at your institution?
