North Carolina Context
Between April 1990 and April 2000, North Carolina’s population grew by 21.3% (or million people). By 2005, North Carolina’s population was estimated at 8,856,505, representing a growth rate of 7.9% from 2000 and making it the 10th largest state in the nation. North Carolina Context
