5. Though it is impossible
Satan wants us to doubt the truth and promises of God regarding life and god.
…when we focus more on the outward (1 Jn. 2:15-17) we will give into the temptation to not believe…
…If the devil can get us to doubt our salvation, he can get us to give into other types of temptations.

6. Things Pertaining to Life and Godliness are not left to chance
Going to heaven is not left to chance!
Where we spend
eternity is our choice (2 Cor. 5:9-11)
Judgment is not an

7. Living the abundant life is not left to chance!
…but if we believe and live in accordance with: Romans 8:28-38 Philippians 4:13 Matthew 6:19-34 Hebrews 13:6… …then we will not live life on the basis of chance, but on the basis of faith, hope, and immutable promises!
Living with the unexpected, the unexplained, and the unplanned for can create uneasiness and doubt…

8. We don’t have to leave what happens to us in death to chance
…but for the Christian, not even what happens to us in death is left to chance! We know from Scripture that:
Death is a gain (Phil.1:21)
A positive gain in the eyes of the Lord (Psa. 116:15)
A blessing for the faithful one who has died (Rev. 14:13)
Death represents the
great unknown,
therefore it is
feared…

9. But we can be sure each day that: We are going to heaven- guaranteed!
Perhaps The greatest of Satan’s Temptation one could succumb to is a belief…
But we can be sure each day that:
We are going to heaven- guaranteed!
Life can be lived with contentment- guaranteed!
Death is not to be feared-guaranteed!
…that everything pertaining to
life and godliness is left to chance!
