3 PURPOSE OF THE MODULE analyzing the questions frequently asked by refugee students in the six Universities partners of the project building an online catalogue of FAQ (to be published on the EUCRITE website) that can be used by all HEIs which have contacts with students with refugee background helping to improve accessibility to useful information for refugee students, for example by optimizing web and FAQ pages EUCRITE I Staff Training I Barbara Minuzzo I Politecnico di Torino
