2 Back Office Main Features Complete management of the settlement process – Features include processing, reporting and visual alerts such as the Settlement Calendar View Complete management of the payment process – Features include processing, reporting and the Outstanding Payments List Customisable Transaction Life Cycle Management for the recording and processing of the entire process of trade capture from contract dispatch to settlement Consolidated and fully customisable reporting tool

3 Speedwell Weather System Back Office Transaction Life Cycle Manager This tool allows the lifecycle of settling a trade to be managed The life cycle is separated into several (customisable) steps that can be checked and maintained throughout the lifetime of a trade Fill out this form to record details of each Payment – the amount will be automatically generated from the trade settings Easy adding of new stages to customise the life cycle management process eg. Confirm with Trade Blotter Individual Trades can also be settled from the life cycle manager

4 Speedwell Weather System Back Office Settlement Report and Settlement Calculation Automatic calculation of post-settlement adjustment if required View trades by these filters Settlement data are persisted for each transaction. Press this button to view them here Calculated settlement values can be saved here Easily filter trades requiring post settlement adjustment Any changed data points highlighted in red All reports can be exported to MS Excel ® - Settlement can be performed for multiple contracts at a time, allowing all the outstanding settlements to be calculated and saved at the press of a button

5 Speedwell Weather System Back Office – Payment Lists There are two main lists that detail all the payments that are processed through the Back Office. The first is a complete list of all the existing payments within the system. The second is a list of all the outstanding payments that features the ability to estimate forward payments for settlements.

6 Speedwell Weather System Back Office – Payment Reporting Payment Reports can be generated from the main Payments list. Reports can be generated by Currency, Company or be tailored towards a very specific output. The results can be exported to MS Excel ®, saved and/or printed off as required

7 Speedwell Weather System Back Office – Consolidated Reports -Consolidated Reporting is available for any period of time that covers all the pertinent details of every transaction and settlement. Reports can be configured for current and last weeks, months and years, the last 12 months individually or even for a fully customisable period of the users choosing. All reports are again easily exported to MS Excel ®
