2. Accomplishments
Sharing relevant information via monthly call continues to be our primary focus.
Track and discuss Federal rule changes and litigation related to NSR Reform & proposed NSPS / NESHAP’s.
Provided comments to Planning Committee on EPA’s ANPR for PM NAAQS in May.
Track STAPPA / ALAPCO permitting calls.
Discuss specific technical or regulatory issues.
Highlight permitting activity across the west (e.g. energy & alternative energy development).

3. Priorities for next six months
Track and provide input as necessary for RH BART (e.g. BART analyses).
Evaluate and discuss EPA’s latest proposed NSR Reform rule change.
Continue to monitor on going litigation and new rules affecting sources.
Use established network to share expertise on specific source categories.
