HK-2 cells were exposed to cisplatin (Cisplatin-HK-2 cells) added to either Media, NT-hASCs-CM, or Mel-hASCs-CM (melatonin at 100 μM for 1, 3, 6, 18, and 24 h). After 42 h, all cells were collected, and lysates were used for Western blotting to determine the expression of P-Erk1/2 and total Erk (A), SOD-1 (B), HO-1 (C), Bcl-2 (D), and GAPDH as a loading control, as described in materials and methods.
