Smarthinking provide online tutorial support for 150 subjects areas - Math, Computer Science, Business, Spanish, practically everything else.
Smarthinking offers online help with syllabuses covered from secondary level through college, graduate studies and professional training.

7. How Do I Gain Access to Smarthinking?
Sign into Moodle
Click on the Course
Locate the Smarthinking Link
By clicking the link, it will take you to this page

8. Working with a Tutor/ Career Coach
You can choose a Drop-in Session, To Schedule a Future Session or to Simply Ask A Question at the screen displayed below
The screen above is displayed regardless of the selection.

9. Asking a Question & The Drop-In Session
By choosing a drop-in session or to ask a question simply select the subject and discipline (topic) that you need help with. There are many to choose from.
Rest your cursor on the name for a description.
After choosing you will be directed to a session

10. Drop-In Session & Asking A Question
When you’ve chosen a subject and a topic you will be directed to the page below.
There are tools at the side to help illustrate your question. You can also upload a file.
Submit the question when you’re done and expect an answer within 24 hours

11. Scheduling a Future Session
If you chose to schedule a future session then you will see the page below. Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Only white sessions are available.
Please note that Jamaica is on Bogota Time or Mexico City Time. Ensure you select one of those options where the red circle indicates

12. Having Issues with Smarthinking
To troubleshoot issues with Smarthinking, use the system check icon and troubleshoot as seen in the picture below.

13. What Happens After Submission
After a written submission is made, Smarthinking will notify you via when your feedback is ready.
You can also check "Review Submission" after 24 hours, to see the feedback for your submission. 
It is more useful for you to go through this lesson while using the Smarthinking system, so that you can gain adequate exposure, to use it independently!
