VIEWING CONSOLIDATED IPCRF DATA
Each sheet contains data that school heads and human resource personnel can analyze to identify teachers’ needs and appropriate interventions that they can provide to support them. The data that the forms consolidate and generate can help them inform their planning for development and developing programs that target these identified needs.

Data that can be obtained at the school level
IPCRF Sheet IPCRF rating of teachers, as well as other information, including name, position, employee ID, subject area, division, school and school ID, classification, among others. Data Sheet Saved data of teachers (name, school ID, position, final/adjectival rating) Summary Sheet Summary of the number of teachers in each position and subject area for each adjectival rating. Average1 Sheet Averages of teachers’ final rating per subject area in every proficiency level Average2 Sheet Averages of teachers’ final rating in every position per objective.

Report Sheet Consolidated number of teachers by position/subject area per objective and QET rating Report_P Sheet Total number of Proficient Teachers per QET rating by subject area in every objective. Report_HP Sheet Total number of Highly Proficient Teachers per QET rating by subject area in every objective.

Start Here Sheet Introduces the IPCRF data consolidation form and contains the consolidation button Summary Sheet Summary of the number of teachers in each position and subject area for each adjectival rating. Average1 Sheet Averages of teachers’ final rating per subject area in every proficiency level Average2 Sheet Averages of teachers’ final rating in every position per objective.

How many teachers and Master Teachers got which rating in every position? How many got Poor/Unsatisfactory rating? How many got Satisfactory/Very Satisfactory/Outstanding rating?

How many teachers and Master Teachers got which rating in Quality, Efficiency and Timelines in every position/subject area per objective? HR personnel can identify which objectives need prioritization in developing learning and development activities/programs at their governance level.

How can school head, HR and the organization utilize the consolidated RPMS data?
At the school level, How many teachers got which rating in which Objective at each position/subject area? Which objectives should be considered as a learning and development priorities based on the school-wide consolidated IPCRF data (e.g., final rating and their rating per Quality, Efficiency and Timeliness)? What L&D activities and programs can be developed to immediately address the needs of teachers? How can the school head improve his/her instructional supervision plan/mechanism to support his/her teachers

At the SDO, RO and CO levels, Which objectives should be considered as learning and development priorities based on the division- and region-wide consolidated data (e.g., averages of final rating and rating per Quality, Efficiency and Timeliness)? What interventions can be provided to schools to support and improve the teachers, in terms of: content and pedagogy curriculum delivery coaching and mentoring
