1 Hillside Bridge: demand pattern since launch
Hillside Bridge: demand pattern since launch. New telephone demand around 5% of list pw, low end of expected – good if unrestricted. Bring in high.

2 Is access really unrestricted. Very high 8-9am and nothing after 1
Is access really unrestricted? Very high 8-9am and nothing after 1. Unusual pattern – expect to see demand all day, though lower pm.

3 Response time: has moved somewhat to left
Response time: has moved somewhat to left. Difficult to do when all demand comes in 8-9am. Some around 360 mins – online bookings?

4 Over 80% of patients seen f2f are now same day, as expected
Over 80% of patients seen f2f are now same day, as expected. Great service.

5 Loadmaster shows high peaks at 8am, has not settled but this should spread. Use this chart to plan GP availability, bring response time down. Bookings pre opening time – are these online?

6 Key task – response times
Response time spread is very wide. Should be stacked up on left so median is below 30 min. Not sure whether long delays are from online bookings? Are you restricting pm access? Demand level so far is moderate at 5% of list per week. This could rise, however the bring in rate of 60% is higher than expected and should fall to nearer 40% with experience. Still high peak at 8am, you want this to spread and it will as patients gain confidence, and allow faster responses Use Loadmaster chart to plan rotas and get on top of demand for good. Then life will get easier. See below
