3 Figure 2 The PCR amplification of RNA from a right testicular biopsy from patient 3. Contrary to the histologic findings (Fig. 1A and B), PCR amplification of the markers for lactate dehydrogenase C4 (Ldhc4), a meiotic germ cell marker, and TP-1and PRM-1, postmeiotic germ cell markers, were identified.
