3 “Hardly any,” answered James in short.
But the joke made James embarrassed and he wondered what to say to the young girl. “Hardly any,” answered James in short. “Only her name and address,” admitted the visitor. “and I was told that she was a nice lady”. He made the last statement in a slight voice. “Her tragedy?” asked James, nervously. ” “ Uh…it is very warm for this time of the year. ” asked James. “Does that door … the tragedy?” It was a relief to James when Again James wondered what to say, “She has been… Uh… very interesting.”

However, I believe one day they will come from the open door. ” said James gently. *“ No… I don't mind … of course.” mumured James, with sweat welling up in his palm. *Feeling sympathetic, James said “ I could understand how sad you are. Great tragedy as it is, don't be too sad, as everything has gone. ” *A chill went up James’s back. He grabbed his hat and ran wildly out of the house. writing tip1. Put in details about the characters and what they said and felt, as well as what they did consistent with the personalities .

*All he could think about was to flee back to house like an arrow. “ God. ” he gaspted in a trembleing voice. *James opened his mouth but couldn't let out a word. *He wanted to scream but his tongue seemed locked behind his teeth.

"…You have to put up with me until then." ★ the young girl told James jokingly. ★ To break the long silence, the calm girl asked, “Do you know any people around here?” ★ Then you don’t know anything about my aunt?” explored the young girl. ★ “So you don’t know her great tragedy. ” sighed the girl. ★ Here the girl’s voice lost its calm. “Poor dear aunt, ” the girl shook her head sadly, “ she still believes …” ★She stopped and trembled. ★“I hope my lovely Vera has been amusing you!” writing tip2. Reveal from other person so as to offer a side despcription to stress the personalities .

7 writing tip3. As for the dramatic ending, the plot development is not only unexpected, but also appropriate to the personalities of the characters.

He grabbed his hat and ran wildly out of the house. “What a strange man. ” The lady said to her niece. “Ran away without a word of good-bye or apology. One would think he had seen a ghost.” Vera rolled her eyes innocently, giggling inside.
