3) Equivalent  c&p, sign.differences  decision proposal to DTP
4) possible modifications/improvements of harmonised requirements (improve reproducibility, narrow tolerances/flexibilities, …) in order to improve the measurement results with regard to the political aim  more adequate reflection of the real CO2 emissions behaviour of cars
