Values greater than 1 indicate that the center performed worse than expected, and values less than 1 indicate that the center performed better than expected. Two of these differences were statistically significant (centers 2 and 9), although a significance of P < .007 would be required to completely rule out chance as a possibility of any difference across all centers.
