1 Fig. 3. Western blot analyses of LGR5 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway proteins in AH of PDR patients and control subjects. AH samples were obtained from the control and PDR groups, and the mixtures of each group were analyzed via western blot analysis four times. The results showed that the protein levels of LGR5 and key members of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway (RSPO1, β-catenin, pGSK-3β(Ser9), Cyclin D1 and c-Myc) were upregulated in the PDR group.
