This diagram represents the framework that guided the HI’s approach to data transparency. Five distinct categories of data users were defined, and expectations about data sharing and transparency were defined for each group. The defined groups included individuals internal to the HI, leaders from within the broader organization, registries and learning network partners, patients and families, and the public at large.
