Patient's posteroanterior chest x-ray study demonstrating bibasilar infiltrates and small pleural effusions (A), and an axial view of chest computed tomography scan with contrast (B) demonstrating dense bilateral lower lobe infiltrates and bilateral pleural effusions. Neither pulmonary thromboembolism nor lymph node enlargement were seen. Her admission chest x-ray study was normal.
