Figure Patient's posteroanterior chest x-ray study demonstrating bibasilar infiltrates and small pleural effusions (A), and an axial view of chest computed tomography scan with contrast (B) demonstrating dense bilateral lower lobe infiltrates and bilateral pleural effusions.
