6 NOTE LINKS There are master lists within each notebook.
The master list has links to each document in the notebook for easy reference. Note links are easy to create. This year I have used them for: Travel-Making a master list and linking to all reservations and plans. Christmas-My master Christmas list was linked to copies of scanned receipts or notice of order status Health Information- My master list has links to prescriptions, doctors, reminders, and reports.

11 EVERNOTE AND MOLESKIN I prefer to write notes while I am on the phone or take lots of notes while I’m on a listing apt. As soon as I write a page, I open EVERNOTE, and take a picture of the page which is now in a notebook in Evernote. The moleskin has special paper that helps EVERNOTE use OCR technology to give me a digitized version of handwritten notes. The handwritten pages can be tagged for reminders or smart stickers that will be a call to action within EVERNOTE

14 Funnel Stack One stack I use is a “Funnel Stack” to follow the Sales Funnel System Stacked under Funnel Stack are Notebooks for each Buyer or Seller Lead I’m working that has notes or documents Each Notebook/Client has a tag, Hot, Warm or Cold I review the Funnel Stack and create follow up reminders on what the action would be to follow up. This does not replace a CRM ( yet) , but it is a way of storing documents, notes, communication and keeping my funnel in front of me for leads that will do something within days. The tags allow me to search “hot” and everyone with that tag shows up.
