1. Changes to our Annual General Meeting date
The Registrar Of Societies requested the Inner Wheel District 330 to change the AGM date from March to September.
Reason being the societies annual submission to ROS should be with audited accounts of the current year.
Till the last AGM, the AGM was held sometime in March every year, the submission were done with the previous year’s accounts.
Example for the term 2017/2018, the ROS submission were done with accounts of 2016/2017.
As such we were asked to change our AGM date to within 6 months after completing the financial term of office (30th June) which means to have the AGM before December.
Therefore, our District 330 AGM is now set for in September, which will give enough time to be ready with the current financial year audited accounts.
