1-Disconsolate: (adj.) sad beyond comforting; incapable of being consoled; disheartened, without consolation or solace; cheerless, gloomy, hopelessly e.g. He stood with tearful eyes disconsolate at the loss of the dog.

2. Unpretentious Lacking pretension, modest
e.g. The mother in this play is completely unpretentious, while her daughter puts on airs and acts like a snob. .

3. Disingenuous Crafty, not straightforward, sneaky, insincere
e.g. Her excuse was rather disingenuous.

4. Unscrupulous: Lacking scruples or ethics; conscienceless; unprincipled. e.g. He is an unscrupulous politicos who would be happy to sell his country in order to gain power.

5. Irresponsible: Not responsible, unreliable, untrustworthy
e.g. His refusal to work shows him to be completely irresponsible.

6. Impassive: Having no emotions; showing no emotions, expressionless
e.g. He remained impassive, showing neither interest in nor concern for our plight.

e.g. The committee was timid and mediocre and irresolute.

9. Unsavory: (adj) Distasteful or disagreeable; morally offensive
e.g. Poor teachers can make education unsavory.

10. Intractable: Difficult to manage or control, stubborn, inflexible
e.g. an intractable metal. Peter is such an intractable child.
