Anti-DNA Abs were not affected by the deletion of GCs in pristane-induced lupus model. Four months after a single 0.5-ml Pristane i.p. injection, serum samples were collected from control WT and Bcl6TC mice for anti-dsDNA Ab detection by ELISA.
