3. About the Conference
Today we have about 49 members attending our 5th Annual Conference.
We have many members who have cancelled their trip here the last minute due to bombing incident.
Next year about same time, we will hold our next conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This time around, we hope no bombing incident and we expect to have more members to come and join.

4. In addition
Next year 2016, we plan to hold a joint conference with another network of ours known as “Worldwide 3PL Network (W3PLN)”, who is 3 years old. Currently each network have 155 members which made up a total of 310 paid members. In addition, we expect more new members coming to join us in 2016 from more and more countries worldwide.
We are anticipating to have about 400 paid members for the 2 network before our next conference in end of September 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

5. In addition
It is not easy to have all the member to come for the conference, we will be very happy to have 50% of 400 members (ie. 200 members) to turn up for the 2016 conference.
All members of the 2 network can work with one another and will be protected by our Trust fund facilities.
We will work out the details and keep all members posted.

Ms. Grace Balayon is new in the business but after a period of good training, she have learn the rope. This year alone, she recruited 43 members covering 33 countries and more to come.
She has the positive attitude and outlook to recruit more than 200 members worldwide covering 80 countries for the next coming year.

Note: A lot of New Members in 2105 have express their interest to come for the next year conference in 2016.

11. For an example:
Let’s presume 100 members contributed Trust Fund in 2015.
> 100*500 = USD 50,000
> Paid Out for liabilities in 2015 = USD 10,000
The USD 10,000/- liabilities are to be shared by 100 members = USD 100
Therefore in the year 2018, each member just have to top up another USD100
as Trust Fund to round up to USD500- again.
This explains very clearly that you only pay Trust Fund of USD500- for the first
3 years and thereafter on the 4th year onwards, you will only top up the amount
if only we have to pay out.
The whole idea about this Trust Fund Policy is to share liabilities among the
members.

12. Tie up with Etihad Cargo
We are currently tied up with Etihad Cargo for space and rates.
If you are a IATA member, you can get special rates from them for your shipment.
Kindly furnish us your IATA code nos., so that we can submit it to them.
