Then the nutrients from the digested food get absorbed into the blood stream through the thin walls of the jejunum and ileum.

Put glucose and starch solution into a dialysis tubing (the “sausage”) and seal both ends.
Submerge the sausage in a beaker of water.
Add a few drops of iodine solution to the water in the beaker.
