Are there other aspects of the meeting that might make someone uncomfortable?

Make the fun and learning the focus of your meetings, not the business.
Meeting organization is not just what is on the agenda.
If your were a year old would you be excited to come to your club meeting, why or why not?
Making meeting mandatory isn’t going to get members there, making meeting fun and engaging will. Don’t require attendance, hold meetings worth attending!
