19 Fully Automatic The fully Automatic Computer Controlled System
Is the secret to allowing small Scale ethanol plants to be economically viable. All heating and cooling is controlled automatically. The material flow control and cooling valves are fully automatic. The cooling, fermentation, and distillation processes are performed 24/7. Automatic systems on the module rinse and clean tanks and lines between batches. Many automatic safety checks are performed. It continuously records data points. Many reports are available to allow you to monitor the system’s operation and efficiency. Option: The system can be set up to be fully remote controlled and monitored.

20 Scaleable System You can start out by just purchasing a million or 2 MGY modular unit and control system. As you become comfortable with the economics and operation of the system, you can increase The system to 5,10,20 MGY system, or any size ethanol plant.

21 Safer to Operate Because the process utilized to make the ethanol does not use high temperature and high pressure stream as found in most plants, the safety of the entire system is greatly improved. All pipes and plumbing are located below the removable center walkway, running the full length of the module.

22 Reduced Chance of Obsolescence
The technology of producing ethanol is continually changing and improving. By building the system as a modular unit, each segment of the ethanol production process is contained within its own pod. If technology changes should render one portion of the process obsolete—simply remove this one pod and insert a new pod with the new technology.

23 A Good Environmental Steward
As the ethanol is produced using lower temperature than that of traditional plants, unsightly steam emitted into the air is eliminated. The “goodies” in the feed product are not boiled into the air causing noxious gases. No effluent is discharged into any stream or river. No massive amounts of water are boiled and discharged as steam. The water used to cool one batch is used as already preheated water for the next batch, reducing energy consumption and water usage. EMMITS NO UNSIGHTLY STEAM

24 Quick and Easy Installation
The entire system is built in our factory and shipped all pre-wired and pre-plumbed to your site all over the World, each pod is contained within a modular frame container size, that can be picked up with a large forklift, the system is designed to fit on a standard drop Deck trailer. We Simply set the system in place—connect the pods together with our coupling system, we route your biomass source into the unit—and turn on the system.

EES and CWE is partnering with a number of different industry leading bio-technology research companies to create different proprietary cellulosic pre-treatment “pods” to add to the front end of our MEPS unit, the cellulosic Ethanol is going to be the second generation Ethanol productions using the waste of farm products, like corn, hay,alpha alpha, switchgrass, woodchips and other waste farm products, The U.S. is leading on to that technology by investing billions in research.
