2. Propel Financial Services refinances delinquent real estate taxes for our customers. This
assistance allows our customers to bring their accounts current and avoid additional
penalty and interest on their delinquent accounts. Propel has collected $699, thru
October 31, 2016.

Continued collection efforts from Propel & TACS
Send new collection files for RE2015, PP2016 and BL2016 to TACS this week.
Publish new delinquent taxpayer file on City’s website in November
Preparing for next tax foreclosure sale in December with Sands Anderson
Share collection results at City Council meetings every month going forward

5. As of October 31, 2016, our delinquent real estate taxes are $3,690, Our delinquent personal property taxes are
$3,810, These combined figures equal $7,509, TACS and Propel will continue to collect and help us lower
these numbers and increase the amount of revenues coming into the City of Petersburg.
