BIOGRAPHY Jeff Wray is DRG’s Research Director for digital and multichannel insights across ex-US markets and is based in London. He leads DRG’s multichannel research team in developing survey-based and digital market research solutions for pharmaceutical and life science companies. Jeff manages development of DRG’s annual digital product offerings in European, Asia Pacific, Latin/South American, and Middle Eastern and African markets, as well as scoping, execution, and implementation of bespoke client engagements to address the specific strategic and/or tactical needs of marketers, brand teams, medical affairs organisations, and other life science company stakeholders. Jeff has more than 8 years of experience working in market research to provide client with data-driven solutions, as well as expertise in social intelligence, digital marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and optimisation and forecast modelling.
