7. THE ENTERPRISE
The enterprise called “Tormaresca” consist of two estates situated in areas where is present a important wine- growing tradition: “Tenuta Bocca di Lupo” and “Masseria Maime”.
The estate “Bocca di Lupo” is born in “Agro di Minervino Murge” in the high quality area of Castel del Monte.
The estate “Masseria Maime” is located along the adriatic coast.

8. VALESIO
A few kilometres from Torchiarolo, near the forest of Cerano, there are the rests of ancient Valesio, center messapico and roman, burned down from Guglielmo I in 1157, the most important archeological area in the province.
There are some objects in painted clay dating from eight century b.C., and there are rests of a hut messapica situated under the thermal complex of roman age.

The works on the wall made us discovered the buildings hangins of the fortification messapica useful to comprehension of the structure
In the North-Eastern sector there is found a little dig, it has allowed us to identify a big blocks of foundation of the structure. It consist in local blocks of limestone.

The thermal baths had the function of station of area along the way Traiana-Calabra, and was used by travellers to pick up other horses and to refresh.the ground of coverage has been removed and has been shown all the structures related to the thermal plant reserving particular attention to the state of maintenance . There are different types of tubs : -"Frigidarium", where there was cold water ; -"Tiepidarium", where there was lukewarm water there; -"Caledarium", where there was warm water.

11. FUNERAL INSCRIPTION
PAJARA
It is situated to north of the canal “Nfocaciucci”, constituted by a wall in stone. The layout can be circular or square. Inside it there were three depositions. On one of the plates of coverage a funeral inscription in ‘messapica’ language has been found, probably reported to the name of the dead one.

12. BIG FARM
Inside the structure have been found the rests of a rural plant precedent.
It deals with a wall and of a relative flooring to a garden. The recovery of the Farm has the purpose to entertain the archaeological area of Valesio .
