AFTER: The Office of Educational Technology (EdTech) develops, implements, supports, and promotes innovative integration of technology into teaching and learning by empowering faculty, serving students, and creating a supportive environment for all types of learners.

Initiatives Hybrid Initiative Part of a CUNY-wide initiative to increase the number of hybrid (33 – 67% online) course offerings at campuses started in Spring 2010 Program participants develop a hybrid course section, under the guidance of a mentor (current Hybrid course instructor) and EdTech staff members Participants attend a series of required workshops ETLC members review the courses using the Hybrid Designation checklist developed by the ETLC and approved by the Office of Academic Affairs ETLC Approved course sections are offered the following semester Participants and mentors are paid a stipend
