ADVANCING VISION GOALS by 20% the number of CCC students with valued credentials by 35% the number of CCC students who transfer to UC or CSU annually excess credit accumulation from 87 to 79 total units exiting CTE students employed in their field of study from 60% to 69% equity gaps across all measures by 40% in 5 years, and eliminate gaps in 10 years regional achievement gaps across all measures, and eliminate gaps over in 10 years

We aim to design a District that supports the complex needs of working learners now and into the future and is responsive to the changing nature of working and learning.

8 Key Statutory Milestones
By July 1, 2019 By July 1, 2021 By July 1, 2023 By July 1, 2025 Develop 7-year implementation and validated business plan. Establish 3 demand-driven program pathways.  Develop internal business processes and personnel policies. Map student experience through labor market transition. Develop accreditation & statewide outreach plans. Define duties for instructional support, program development, and other student experience activities.  Integrate CPL into the student onboarding experience.  Q initial student enrollment. Incorporate student feedback to improve the college’s instruction, technology, and student support services.  Establish 3 additional program pathways designed and validated, including coordinating the creation of new content.  Apply for accreditation from an accreditor recognized by the United States Department of Education. Enroll students into the college’s program pathways. Incorporate student feedback to improve the college’s instruction, technology, and student support services.  Design and validate at least 10 additional program pathways, including coordinating the creation of new content.  For every 10 pathways offered by the college, at least one pathway developed in collaboration with a traditional community college.  Enroll students into the college’s program pathways.  Incorporate student feedback to improve the college’s instruction, technology, and student support services

Diploma baseline, stackable in HBS SEIU/UHW, Dignity Health, Optum 360 CCCs currently produce 131 certificates/yr $32-$50/hr Healthcare Business Services: Medical Coding 10K Annual Openings through 2024 Entry level, stackable into higher level IT support $44-$52K SEIU Local 1000, CompTIA, IBM CCCs currently produce 737 certificates/yr $28/hr Informational Technology Support 93K Annual Openings through 2021 across 17 occupational areas H.S. Diploma/GED baseline Focus on higher wage verticals $27-$34K CCCs currently produce 1,604 related certificates/yr $23/hr First Line Supervisor Multiple Industries Foundational Skills
