future reprocessing campaigns should use an updated antenna model
z-offset values for newly launched satellites are estimated from the weekly SINEX solutions; only those ACs can be considered that have satellite antenna offset corrections included; consistency with the existing values has to be guaranteed
the JPL antenna maps should somehow be merged with the IGS model; ACs are encouraged to estimate azimuth- dependent satellite antenna PCVs

request robot calibrations for new ground antenna types
