Data issues identified by SDWG and PDWG outside the initial build phases are not consistently coordinated between the groups to improve each others data bases
A process is needed to address this

Report all changes to approved base cases to DS and SDWG
Highlight changes made to the 10 year planning cases
Report at PDWG all changes to approved 10 year planning cases
Provide PDWG Chair & PDWG WECC liaison with data to update data

4. PDWG Identified Updates
Send identified data quality issues that PDWG thinks should be in the power flow cases to the SDWG Chair & SDWG WECC liaison
SDWG to work with Data Submitter to determine the validity of the data quality issue and provide data updates
WECC Liaisons
Help facilitate and track data correction coordination process
