2 Increasing attractiveness of VET
OBJECTIVES OUTCOMES Further development of the EQAVET framework at system level, in the national context Research of the quality of the IVET provision in Romania at system level Developing an electronic feedback collection platform A network constituted by 4 QANRPs from Romania, Italy, Finland and Greece – Reports of Study visit ( Romania – QA of WBL) Set of reports on participation in international events Strengthening cooperation with other QANRPs Guide of good practice Success story - Compendium 3 National information seminars Newslleters, brochures, site Supporting the development of the quality culture at all levels

3 INPACT of the project activities:
Increase in the number of students enrolled in school based VET programmes compared to by 27,7 percent For dual system - 187,62 % increase compared to school year 527 companies were involved in VET programes in school year compared to 227 companies in school year. the “Study on the quality of VET providers” elaborated in the project has concluded that the administrative capacity of the management of the VET schools, as resulted from the internal and external evaluation, has increased. The quality of partnerships with education beneficiaries, other institutions and decision-making levels within the education system and community involvement in school activities has been steadily improved. 4 Lessons learned: Collaboration between NRPs and between stakeholders is important in QA Dissemination of good practices should become a common practice Vet graduates with successful careers are the best messengers The lack of an integrated electronic system for collecting data at the system level leads to problems in determining the need for professional training for both students and the labor market
